ProfiPOS Selfservice

ProfiPOS Selfservice allows guests to place orders independently at an authorized terminal. Categories, items, and the shopping cart are clearly structured. Component menus are fully assembled; allergens and additives are visible and filterable. Deposits are calculated automatically and transparently.

Orders can be paid by card or at the counter. In the event of brief network outages, the catalog, shopping cart, and order are retained; the transfer resumes automatically after the connection is restored.

For Google Play testing, a fully local reviewer demo is available before device setup. It demonstrates menu selection, allergen filters, deposits, card payments, and a queuing situation with no network coverage, without saving or transmitting any data. Production setup is performed on-site via device QR code scanning.
