ProCTime App

This app enables mobile time bookings for the ERP system ProCoS.

An appropriate ProCoS module is required for this, please contact the sales department or your project manager at Blauhut & Partner if you are interested.

A demo mode is available if you only want to view the app.

ProCTime App provides the ability to record working hours via smartphones or tablets and transfer them to the ProCoS system database.
The released jobs and operations are taken over by ProCoS.
Until the end of the day, the entered data can still be corrected locally.

The booking types work, travel time and field service as well as the entry of driven kilometers are possible. Performed bookings can be transferred to other employees (column bookings)

The recording of working hours is also possible offline. Once the connection to the Internet is reestablished, the data is automatically synchronized.

Supported are the operating systems: Android and IOS (Apple).

The GPS coordinates can be transmitted with every booking.

Both work time bookings and order data are synchronized only between the smartphone and your ProCoS database. There are no cloud services in between. Only the license administration takes place over blue hat and partner services.

Your home must have an Internet connection with a fixed IP and an open port.
