For simple customer advice at the POS, the EAN barcode or the PNC of a product can be scanned using the search function. If no barcode is available, simply use the clear and structured image search to find the item description or keywords for the desired product. Quick access to all sales-relevant information with customer benefits as well as data sheets and operating instructions.

Expand and consolidate your product knowledge in short training units.

Access to the app is only granted to registered employees in retail, as well as brand ambassadors, specialist advisors and employees of Electrolux Hausgeräte GmbH.
Access can be requested in the AEG Connect app or via https://aeg.postap.de/signup/. The authorization check can take up to 24 hours.

An internet connection is required to use the app.
