2026-07-09	Sl*****	All sounds good, till you actually try to get a promised voucher. it stays that activation would take only 15 minutes, and one day later still the voucher isn't delivered. The support also keeps silent. After that it starts to crash every time after 20 seconds you open it.

2026-06-24	M1*****	Ernsthaft..? Mein Profil wurde entfernt oder / und meine Karte ist gesperrt? Nach Update bin ich nicht mehr vorhanden!? Habe gerade Cache, Speicher am Handy leergemacht. Auf der Webseite geht auch nichts selber Text. Nun schmeisse ich mal die App runter und mache einen Reset, neue Installation der PB App..? Mal sehen..? Was macht ihr nur da..?

2026-06-23	Po*****	Worst app and company. I wish I could give negative rating. They cannot protect customer points, I wonder how they will protect personal information. My points were stolen and without taking any responsibilty for the poor app, they conveniently blamed. If all banks start behaving like Payback, robbers will be kings!

2026-06-21	Ol*****	I was logged out and when logging in it said that password is invalid and it locked account for 24h. I did password reset, but still after 24h I'm not able to login with the same error message. And it is not possible to write to support about this issue because contact form requires login. Just terrible authentication process and support.
