2023-08-14	D *****	The service is great with a good app interface. The tariffs are listed accordingly to their price and uses. I doubted the service at first due to the fact that it provided slower internet speeds, but to my surprise it provided me stable internet with a reasonable good latency. I also like the fact that they also have an add-on that gives you 10 GB with 100 Mbps down and 50 Mbps up. Well done otelo.

2023-07-11	ra*****	would be good but randomly decides to log you out and not let you back in FOR WEEKS! And when you can finally log in again it won't let you edit your plan because of "technical difficulties". This is not a one time thing it happend on multiple occasions and updates don't fix it

2023-01-07	Ri*****	I am completely satisfied with the mobile connection and prices otelo offers. Otelo took over the Edeka Mobil Customers. The quality of reception and data is great. Had no problems so far. I like the prepaid options. Everything works reliable. Cant say anything about customer service/support. Never needed it so far.

2023-01-03	Us*****	Has become less buggy over time, still operates slow. I don't like the new theme, it is too bright and unpleasant. The old one was fine, the resources could have been used into improving performance really. The service is still good and convenient. I haven't tried many apps from different operators, yet I can tell this app does its job of making everything clear and tidy.

Also, the worst customer service. I contacted many times, complained many and every time same solution that do this and this.
