Submit e-prescription digitally:

• Open the RIED + APOTHEKEN app, enter your mobile phone number and complete the 2-factor authentication via SMS
• Card no. (Enter 6-digit number under “Health card”)
• Scan your insurance card – you will then submit your e-prescription
• Alternatively: If you have a printed e-prescription, simply scan the code at the top right

Fast availability:

• Orders placed by 4:00 p.m. – medicines are usually ready for you to pick up on the same day
• For orders placed by 2 p.m., we even deliver on the same day with our own courier service within a 10 km radius of Ulm and Neu-Ulm

Flexible ordering service:

• Diverse range: medicines, nutritional supplements, cosmetics, homeopathic and alternative remedies as well as everything for babies, children, office, sports and more.
• One-time visit to the pharmacy: Just one visit is enough – your order is ready for you.
• Same-day delivery service: From an order value of €30 or upon presentation of a prescription, our courier service delivers free of charge in Ulm, around Ulm and around Ulm within a radius of 10 km from Monday to Friday between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.
• Different delivery address possible (e.g. place of work or place of visit)
