The app crashes many a time. Your ticket would be disappeared all of a sudden, mostly you would only realise that you got screwed know when the ticket collector comes and checks your ticket. They have recently debited my money 3 times. And I am not able to view my purchased ticket now. Seems like I have to purchase my ticket again. And even if I am willing to do it again I would be left with no option to purchase it again. Seriously disappointed with the app.

I haven't had much experience with the app yet, but let me tell you this: the dev team is just so cool! 😎❤️ I totally love them! So, I ran into a little issue – I couldn’t link my PayPal. I thought, alright, I’ll just send a report (honestly, I wasn’t expecting anyone to read it 🤷). So, I sent a quick message on Sunday and then just moved on. But guess what? Within 30 minutes, I get a response! I mean, talk about dedication! 🥰 The dev team really stole my heart – just for that, it’s a solid 5
