SESAMSTRASSE - Spielend lernen

The SESAMSTRASSE Chrome extension brings the beloved Sesame Street characters—Elmo, Bert, Ernie, Cookie Monster, Grover, and more—into a fun and educational app designed especially for preschool children. It's free, ad-free, and offers a variety of interactive learning games such as memory challenges, dressing up, music composition, packing puzzles, ice cream order games, and frog hopping. These activities promote creativity, spatial awareness, memory, hearing skills, and motor development.

Beyond games, kids can also access a media library featuring Sesame Street films and sing-along songs with popular artists, enriching early childhood learning through entertainment. The app is intuitive for pre-readers with acoustic instructions to foster independent exploration. Developed in partnership with Norddeutscher Rundfunk, Sesame Workshop, and KiKA, SESAMSTRASSE supports preschool education with a playful approach to discovering the world.
