Muni is a local community platform for clubs, businesses, district offices and municipal administrations. Announce or cancel events, publish breaking alerts and hazard notices, and share citizen services and official information drawn from the BayernPortal. Clubs can invite multiple managers, create sub-profiles for departments, and reach new members. Businesses can list services and opening hours free of charge.

Designed to cover municipalities across Bavaria, Muni helps districts broadcast notices across all member towns and target selected locations when needed. The extension provides official information on services and employees on behalf of public-sector customers (data from the BayernPortal). Muni lets local governments, organizations and residents stay informed with timely news, event management, and centralized citizen-service access.
