WaldExpert is a mobile information system designed for owners of small private forests in Baden-Württemberg. It connects forest owners with advisors, enabling quick access to essential forest data, communication, and on-the-go decision support. Key features include search for your parcel or district, map visualization, and offline storage for field use.

WaldExpert provides detailed parcel information such as area, estimated timber volume, and CO2 storage, along with forest functions, protected areas, and funding opportunities for habitat protection. It also offers contacts of the responsible forestry authorities, rescue meeting points, climate vulnerability insights, annual climate maps, and a built-in WaldWiki. Developed for the Baden-Württemberg State Forestry Administration and operated by LGL, WaldExpert supports sustainable forest management.
