The robot vacuum itself performs well in cleaning.
Good attention to product details such as the dust bin.

The app is difficult to connect and maintain a connection with the vacuum.
Mapping functionality is unreliable; saved maps often disappear.

Hi jus wondering. Seems the app doesn't work properly: screen will freeze when you go to Timer loads half only and start all over and over and over.. eventually no timer access.. on map shows the scout is miles away of map when parks his base. And probably as usualy and probably all makes not finding his own base (80% of failure to park at Charing dock)

Overall did a good job for single mapping however two feedback notes first please allow an icon location for home base secondly when an error F1 F5 F4 Wheels unbalanced has occurred allow the vacuum to track its current location on the map instead of starting a new mapping somewhere weirdly around the map as starting point with no clue where home is and destroying the current map
