midcom Business App

The midcom Business App enables mobile access to your company data via Cockpit for customer, employee, project, order data and enables the mobile recording of working times, project times, travel times, travel costs, checklists, orders, customer data, appointments, work reports, visit reports, Scheduled consultations in sales, service and maintenance.

The data is transferred in real time to the midcom Cloud Business Suite (CRM, ERP, FSM, service module).

Field service data collected on mobile devices, which was previously recorded on paper on timesheets or work reports, is now available to headquarters in real time for further processing.
