Mobile yield recording for container tracking for certification via ANDROID devices - Control your harvest performance of the helpers and employees and enable tracking.

The data is transferred in real time to the midcom Cloud Business Suite (BIO module).

As an extension to the midcom harvest helper management, a mobile organic harvest producer yield recording for ANDROID smartphones and tablets is offered. With the help of this app, it is possible to record crop yield data on site. The harvester's ID, the field is selected and the container (e.g. the box) is recorded using a barcode scanner.

The reliable and fast recording was implemented in such a way that the helper was first scanned or recorded via his barcode ID and then the container.

This enables complete tracking of the harvesting and processing steps. All containers that were recorded using a bar code are noted in the database with a time stamp, helper identification and harvest location (field).

The mobile devices are standard ANDROID smartphones and tablets that are connected to a barcode scanner (socket) via Bluetooth and transmit the data directly via GSM.

All recorded data is immediately transferred to the server in real time and is available for evaluation and process or production control in real time. Thanks to midcom's cache technology, even a provider network failure does not lead to an interruption of activity.

The mobile midcom modules are an innovative technology for everyday use in companies that employ many employees outside the company premises.
