The MEGABILD exhibition app, which can be used on Android, offers a complete solution for optimizing company processes with a focus on exhibition consulting.

The core task of the app is to accompany/support exhibition advice and to create quick, illustrated offers that can be passed on to merchandise management.
The bunk management in the app offers the option of creating all bunks that are technically correct and fully illustrated, so that employees can advise on finished modules.
These modules enable offers to be entered quickly, including neutral texts to protect the offers.
The post-processing of the offers is possible quickly using the wholesale-optimized full-text search, so that an offer can be completed in significantly less time.

The location management in the app makes it possible to create the different exhibition locations with the respective booths and employees separately, so that each company location can work independently.
The wholesale administration access is allowed to access all locations and configure and manage them globally accordingly.

Another important component of the app is the questionnaire, which enables a targeted customer survey based on the bunks and thus an exact evaluation of their needs.
Based on the completed questionnaire, suitable bunk suggestions are made available for review in the offer configurator, and an offer with the top bunk hits is created for follow-up.
This questionnaire can be integrated as a lead generator on the website (acquiring new customers).

In addition, the app offers the option to create craftsman accesses so that the craftsman has access to the released exhibition offers.
Using the app access, the tradesman can independently provide his customers with professional information/advice based on the wholesale booths, as well as pre-configure offers and hand them over to the exhibition.
The craftsman can print these offers with his logo, company colors and contact details (header/footer) or output them via UGL.
In addition, the craftsman access offers the gallery area in which the craftsman can display his reference photos.
Another positive effect is that the craftsman has access to all master data (e.g. dimensional drawings) and is in the wholesale range environment.
