PlayOff supports you anonymously and free of charge in quitting gambling or continuing to gamble in a controlled manner within a defined framework. You set your own goals. PlayOff helps you achieve them with comprehensive analyses, helpful tips, and the motivation you need.

New From now on, you can not only document and evaluate the triggers for your gambling behavior, but also your strategies for overcoming gambling pressure. We've also added an "emergency kit" for difficult situations, which you can fill individually. Also new are a "success meter" and "daily tasks" that help you understand your gambling behavior and control it long-term.

PLEASE NOTE: PlayOff can be done alone or It can be used alongside gambling addiction counseling or therapy. However, the app is not a substitute for therapy for people who require intensive treatment due to gambling addiction.
