BLE SPP

There is no standard for Bluetooth low energy profiles, which the transfer of data such as with the Serial Port Profile supports the classic Bluetotoh.
This is possible with the specially developed Lintech BLE SPP profiles now.
With this app you can set up a serial data connection via Bluetooth Low Energy to devices that support the SPP profile LinTech:
- LinTech Bluetooth Low Energy RS232 Data Adapter
- LinTech Bluetooth Low Energy USB Data Adapter
- LinTech Bluetooth Low Energy SPP Test Board
- LinTech BLE modules with SPP profile

The app can text in ASCII / HEX format commands or adjustable byte send blocks to the remote site or empfangen.Die duration of the transfer is displayed. The outgoing data are black, the incoming data are shown in magenta.

1) Start the app and click "Scan" to search for Lintech BLE SPP devices
2) Select from the list the device with which you want to connect
3) If you are asked to pair with the device, enter the required passkey, otherwise no communication is possible
4) Once connected, you can test the data communication

To use the app useful, it is important to use the remote terminal so that incoming data are also seen. You könenn e.g. use a terminal program that accesses the COM port to which the BLE SPP device is connected and so track the data communication.
The app receives and sends the data even if you run in the background.
