Linde Service Manager

The Linde Service Manager supports the communication process between customer and the Linde Service network. The application offers a lot of information around Service activities to your fleet.

Your fleet data will be provided individually for your company. Therefore the access to your data requires Username and Password that need to be generated. Please request your access at your local Dealer for Linde Service.


Service at a glance
All service activities to your fleet always at hand. Choose the required information from the menu: Your fleet in a list overview, maintenance and legal visits to your trucks, calendar with dates of our engineer visits, create a Service order to a truck to your Service Partner, Tasks were you will be informed about service issues to your trucks from your employees using the app as well, overview of all your Service orders and a Callback function to contact us whenever you like.

Request with code and picture to Linde Service.
Notify your Linde Service with usage of the APP about a repair to your truck. Therefore select the affected truck out of the fleet list or you scan the QR Code directly at your truck. Choose a failure code, take a picture and send this information. Your request will be forwarded directly to your Linde Service Team in charge. Up from now you will receive the latest information to your order receiving a push- notification or Mail if you wish.

Fleet status
Up-to-date status for all trucks of your fleet. You find all your trucks listed and the service status of every vehicle is becomes visible through the color of the status light to each truck. By clicking on the vehicle you can see detail information to your truck and you find all current and completed service requests.

Calendar
Linde Service dates at a glance. All visits of our engineers will be shown on this view.

Corresponding to this mobile version you can have access to a portal solution The function offers a well structured overview of all your locations and related vehicles. If you wish to organise your site with own working areas you can easily add them and subdivide them if necessary. Assign the trucks to your individual work area and you will have a perfect overview on which location your trucks are running. It is possible to restrict the visibility of trucks for your employees using the APP – finding the truck affected will become much easier.
