kurts: Your Mobile Tool Workshop

kurts is a convenient Chrome extension that transforms your smartphone into a gateway to a well-maintained tool rental service. Designed for hands-on do-it-yourselfers, it provides access to professional-grade tools without the need to buy and own them. By promoting sharing over ownership, kurts encourages sustainability, saves money, and helps you start your projects swiftly and efficiently.

With kurts, simply download the app, sign up, and browse the available tools at stations near you. Reserve needed equipment online, pick up your tool from the station at any time, and unlock it with your smartphone. After finishing your work, return the tool to the station. You pay only for the duration you use the tool, making it a cost-effective solution for occasional projects.
