Nextcloud Attendance

Know who is coming – to every rehearsal, training session and meeting. Attendance collects replies up front, records who actually turned up at check-in, and breaks every response down by your groups. All on your own Nextcloud server.

SELF-CHECK-IN BY QR CODE OR NFC
Put a printed code on the door or stick an NFC tag beside it. People scan or tap as they arrive and the attendance list fills itself. One code covers every appointment – the app matches the scan to whichever one is running. Nobody stands at the entrance with a list any more.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
New appointments, reminders and replies arrive right away. Your server encrypts the message; our relay only forwards it and cannot open it.

ANSWER ON THE GO
• Yes, no or maybe with one swipe, with an optional comment
• Change or withdraw a reply at any time
• Unanswered appointments first, the count as a badge on the icon
• Response summary by group and team, with everyone's comments

A Nextcloud server running version 32 or later with the free Attendance app installed, and your own account on it. NFC check-in needs a device with an NFC reader.

Free for 30 days, no payment details. After that a personal licence just for you, or one licence covering your whole Nextcloud – every licence includes every feature. The Nextcloud app itself stays free and open source, with or without the mobile app.
