This allows you to calm yourself down in an acute situation of emotional overwhelm.

• Releasing Stress •
This allows you to independently release and resolve the emotional stress of completed events.

• Slide Collection •
All important slides are always readily available, including the unique emotion profiles.

For workshop participants only:

• Regular Stress Check •
Your operational stress level is briefly checked at regular intervals—either daily after each shift or weekly—and can then be addressed directly.

• Practice Concept •
To ensure that the techniques learned in the workshop remain accessible at all times, you will receive practice reminders at optimized intervals via app notification or email.
