Easily handle your requests digitally, anytime, anywhere – that's possible with My KKH. With just a few clicks, you can, for example, download certificates, upload documents, or change your personal information.

These services and features are available in My KKH:

- Protection of your sensitive data through a secure registration process

- Submission of your documents and applications
- Viewing of your electronically submitted sick notes
- Management of your KKH bonus
- Updates when your address or contact information changes
- Creating a membership certificate (e.g., for employers, etc.)

Security:

The protection of your health data is particularly important to us. To ensure secure access, one-time personal identification is required. You have several options for this, which you can select during registration. If you are already using the old KKH app, you can activate it with the KKH app without having to register again. Requirements:

- Member of the KKH (Kaufmännische Krankenkasse)

- Android 13/iOS 18 or higher with NFC capability

- Not a device with a modified operating system
