Kairos Terminal turns an Android tablet into a time clock for your business. Mount it on the wall, switch it on, and you're ready to go—your employees can clock in, out, and take breaks in seconds.

THREE WAYS TO CLOCK IN

• Place an NFC card or key fob on the terminal

• Enter your personal PIN on the large keypad

• Tap a name from the list

You centrally manage which methods are allowed in Kairos.

NEARBY DETECTION
The terminal recognizes employees whose Kairos app is nearby and displays them as a tile. A single tap is all it takes—no card, no PIN. Recognition works via a short-lived radio signal that changes every 30 seconds; nothing happens without the Kairos app running.

WORKS EVEN WITHOUT A NETWORK
If the Wi-Fi connection drops, the terminal buffers the clock-ins and transmits them automatically as soon as the connection is restored. A banner displays the status, ensuring everyone is informed. Additionally, the terminal warns of a low battery, and your management team receives an email if a device remains silent for an extended period.

BUILT FOR CONTINUOUS OPERATION

• Kiosk Mode: The terminal cannot be exited without the administrator password.

• Automatically restarts in kiosk mode after a power outage.

• Screensaver displaying the time, portrait and landscape orientation.

• Audible and vibration feedback.

• Optionally, the current hourly balance is displayed immediately after clocking in.

SETUP IN TWO MINUTES
Create a terminal in Kairos, scan the QR code, or enter the pairing code—the device registers itself. Cards are added directly at the terminal.

REQUIREMENTS
Kairos Terminal is the device app for Kairos' scheduling system and requires an existing Kairos account with time tracking enabled. The app cannot be used without an account. More information at www.kairos-dienstplan.de

The app is designed for permanently installed tablets, not for private use on your own phone—for that, there's the "Kairos" app.
