Not able to download any guides. I downloaded this app the recommended of the Bamberg Tourism center using qr code provided. App is not working properly.

I chose English and then purchased and downloaded a city guide. I now find myself with the German version of the guide and must pay again for English. (Update: itour looks good here, promising a refund, but they have not issued it. I have contacted two different email addresses but receive no replies)(Update 2: I tried asking Google for a refund but they said no, and gave no explanation. All I wanted was a tour in English. This seems so simple.)
