Die IK

Die IK is a mobile service center for the Innovationskasse that lets you securely communicate via a personal mailbox and manage your most important health information on your smartphone. The app creates a single IK account that works across the IK app and the Innovationskasse ePA app, simplifying login and authorization for electronic patient records. All services are available for co-insured family members, providing simple, mobile access anytime and anywhere.

Key features include secure messaging with the Innovationskasse, overview and editing of stored personal data, fast submission of receipts and documents for bonus programs, submitting sick notes, photographing and digitally submitting applications and documents, organizing preventive care, vaccinations and medications, and applying for a replacement health card in case of loss or damage.
