the agent joins and closes the call without any reason and I have te restart again. too long wait times. only 1 agent was good and was able to complete, the rest were either poorly trained or lazy.

It kept disconnecting without reason. Had to use the website after all. And then it failed due to the ID not being recognized. Would have been faster to just drive to the place.
