Abfall LU

Abfall LU is a convenient Chrome extension designed to keep residents of Ludwigshafen informed about essential waste collection schedules. Integrated with the online waste calendar of the Economic Operation Ludwigshafen (WBL), it provides timely notifications for the disposal of residual waste, bio-waste, paper, packaging, green waste, and special pollutant collection dates.

Features include automatic address storage for quick access on launch, a comprehensive annual overview of all collection appointments, reminders for upcoming disposal days, and detailed information on recycling centers and bottle banks nearby. This free tool enhances waste management by ensuring you never miss a collection and easily find recycling points. Its interface allows users to contact WBL directly, emphasizing continuous improvement through user feedback. Note that reminders work best if the app is retained in memory and not moved to an SD card.
