Three attempts to book on the website and app, needs an SMS to work (why?) SMS never arrives. Impossible. Other SMS from Germany arrived. Something broken in the software, very frustrating. Berlin app worked fine a few years ago. It's you, not me.

So ein Reinfall. Ich habe die Hamburg Card online gekauft und wollte sie nun mit der App nutzen, statt sie auszudrucken. Wenn man die App zuerst installiert, kommt die Kauf-Seite. Ganz oben steht -- nur halb leserlich -- "Do you already have a Hamburg Card?" Man sollte darauf drücken können, um die gekaufte Karte per Nummer einzutragen und somit vorzeigen zu können. Da jedoch nicht voll leserlich, kann man nichts eintragen. Anderes, z.B. Shipfinder lädt nur unendlich. App deinstalliert. Schade!
