Two out of two Smartfan Pro BT stopped working after a month. Looked like a firmware issue so I asked the seller to contact the manufacturer, hoping that it could be resolved without sending the fans for repair. Unfotunately, the GetAir guy was not able to understand the topic; he was still repeating that also the central unit stopped working despite I clearly stated that it was healthy. Afterwards, the seller wrongfully refused warranty repair, so I will have to file a lawsuit. Never more!
