When you open Flowday, you immediately see what's on your agenda for today.

Tasks you didn't manage to complete yesterday can be automatically carried over to the next day. Tasks you've already completed remain on their original day and don't reappear unnecessarily.

This way, you don't have to compile your entire task list from scratch every morning.

You can check off, edit, delete, or archive your tasks. A progress indicator also shows you how much of today's work you've already accomplished.

📅 Plan ahead with the calendar
In the calendar, you can plan your tasks for specific days and schedule what's coming up later.

Whether a task is due tomorrow, next week, or on a specific date – you can plan your daily routine in a way that works best for you.

🔁 Recurring tasks
You don't need to create tasks that come up regularly every day.

Create tasks that are automatically scheduled, for example:

-every day
-on specific days of the week
-on several days of the week
-every few days
-or monthly.

For example, you can schedule yourself to go to the gym every Monday and Thursday or to complete your chess exercises every day.

Do you want to complete a task at a specific time?

Simply add a reminder and let Flowday remind you.

For example, you can set a time to start your math homework at 2:00 PM without having to constantly check the time.

📁 Projects
Some tasks belong together.

With projects, you can organize multiple tasks in one place.

For example, create a project for:

-School
-Work
-A personal goal
-A trip
-A personal project
-Or anything else you're currently working on.

You can name projects, describe them, and assign them a custom color. Existing tasks can also be assigned to a project.

You can track the progress of a project directly.
