DALK Kongress

DALK Congress is the official app of the German Training Management Congress (DALK) – the meeting place for everyone responsible for training in companies. The app is for participants, partners, and speakers with a valid ticket or accreditation. You log in using the email address from your ticket registration via a login link or code – no password is required.

PROGRAM AND MY PLAN
The complete congress program with keynotes, workshops, and speakers. Save sessions, register for formats with limited capacity, and keep track of your daily schedule – including notifications if two appointments overlap.

FOR YOU
Based on your profile, the app suggests sessions that match your topics – with a brief explanation.

MATCHMAKING
Tell us what you're looking for and what you offer. The app suggests suitable training managers and partners. If there's mutual interest, you'll be connected.

MEETINGS
Schedule one-on-one meetings in fixed time slots on-site. Suggest a time, the other party confirms, and a table is automatically assigned. Reminders are sent via push notification.

NETWORK AND CHAT
Send contact requests with personal messages, chat with your contacts, and view an overview of all requests.

PARTNERS
All partners with profiles, on-site team, and program contributions. Save favorites.

SOCIAL WALL
Share impressions of the congress with photos and text, like and comment on posts.

NOTIFICATIONS
Push notifications for meetings, contact requests, the waiting list, and program changes—each category can be individually disabled.

The app is designed for the current DALK (German Academy for Management and Leadership). Login is not possible without a ticket or accreditation. Tickets are available at deutscher-ausbildungsleitungskongress.de.
