The special thing about this app is the interactive interface directly to the cash register system in the branches. This enables a multitude of virtual functions that give our customers new and absolute added value when using the app:

Order in the app:
The customer conveniently orders his articles for a selected branch to pick up in the app. The order is transmitted in real time directly to the cash register of the respective branch and acknowledged in the app. The customer receives a digital pick-up voucher in the app. With this, the pick-up is also recorded digitally and automatically and displayed in real time in the app (status: picked up). Thanks to a special fast lane in our branches, customers can avoid annoying waiting times for collectors. Thanks to the direct connection to the cash register, the app also shows which items are available. You can only order what is available in the branch via the automatic comparison with the inventory management system.

The interactive and digital customer card:
It shows the scores for loyalty campaigns in real time. When making purchases in the branches, the digital customer card is recorded contactless and the new points are displayed live in the app.
- Electronic top-up of card credit. The customer can top up his card balance anywhere and anytime directly in the app (through PayPal and all connected payment methods). The credit is updated live and in real time in the app and immediately after each purchase. The customer always knows the status of the customer card.
- Contactless payment (especially important in Corona times): The app user only has to hold his customer card in the app in front of a scanner in the branches

One-time vouchers (coupons):
The app offers the customer one-time coupons with special advantages. These are valid for a limited period of time and are automatically deleted from the app when they expire. We have made redeeming extremely easy, interactive and convenient. The user simply clicks on "Redeem" and holds the QR code up to the scanner, which is located at every checkout in every branch. The coupon is automatically recorded in the cash register and then also deleted from the app.

Allergen filter:
In Germany there is the allergen regulation. It is mandatory to provide customers with information about the allergens contained in the articles upon request. In our app, the customer can view all articles with and without certain allergens. The range is automatically and permanently updated via the interface.

Opening times in the branch finder:
These are also interactive. All opening times are updated centrally in the branches and displayed interactively and in real time in the app. There is also a branch finder with a navigation function.
