fairdoc is a digital platform on which licensed assistants and specialists can find attractive interim positions in German healthcare facilities (especially hospitals, rehabilitation clinics and medical care centers). You can use this opportunity to work full-time or as additional income to your permanent job.

Using the app is free of charge for you - on the contrary, you can secure additional bonuses. Since the app digitizes many of the bureaucratic work steps, we have more margin that we can pass on to you.

How do I find assignments?
After you have created your profile, you will receive suggestions for suitable assignments on your mobile phone with full information about the setup and earning potential, for which you can apply. To create a complete profile, enter information about your training and experience as a doctor in the app and upload a copy of your medical license certificate (+ any specialist titles and additional designations). Please note that in order to be placed via fairdoc, you must be licensed as a doctor in Germany.

You've found a job, what now?
Doctors in Germany are subject to social insurance contributions. That's why in most cases we use the temporary employment model (also called temporary employment). Your employment contract is concluded directly with GraduGreat GmbH, the owner of the fairdoc brand, and we pay the wage tax and social security contributions directly. In rare cases, a fixed-term employment contract is concluded directly with the institution.

The app remains your digital companion even during a mission. Scheduling and recording working times takes place directly in the app.
