2026-07-04	Si*****	I can only geht my Ticket via an App? No printing anymore? Instant 1-star review. Thanks for adding more stress to my experience. Now I need to worry about my phone battery being empty or the app not working. Ah... and I cannot bring my grandma anymore cause she does not have a smartphone.

2026-06-19	Ve*****	app versteht den handover zwischen Mail->Website->App nicht... wenn ich auf eine Mail klicke, komme ich zur Webseite, wähle Tickets und werde dann auf die landing Page der App geworfen und muss von Hand das event raus suchen. bitte fixt das.

2026-06-16	Bu*****	you cannot download tickets as pdf. i got really sick and i couldnt even sell my ticket so i cannot afford the right nutrition or medicine because i spent money on my ticket this month and cannot sell it. i am never buying here again. only buy if its a week before the event.

2026-06-11	D *****	I can't access the e ticket for digital wallet. Its showing the tickets as individual tickets but on one sheet. I can't select a ticket to share or to view individually. I'll have to print the tickets and cut them individually,smh!
