2026-07-31	Ma*****	Man wird dazu gedrängt die App zu nutzen, dafür kann ich dann keine Gutscheine darin einlösen. Fabelhaft. Edit: Nach mehreren Versuchen: ich hab's gefunden. Ist sehr gut versteckt. Man könnte ja einfach die Gutschein Zeile aufgeklappt lassen, so wie es alle anderen auch machen, anstatt das in einem einzigen Drop-down Menü zu verstecken.

Now I need to worry about my phone battery being empty or the app not working. Ah... and I cannot bring my grandma anymore cause she does not have a smartphone.

2026-06-19	Ve*****	app versteht den handover zwischen Mail->Website->App nicht... wenn ich auf eine Mail klicke, komme ich zur Webseite, wähle Tickets und werde dann auf die landing Page der App geworfen und muss von Hand das event raus suchen. bitte fixt das.
