EventGig Scan

EventGig Scan is the entry control app for event teams using EventGig. Staff scan tickets via QR code directly with their smartphone camera and keep track of entry at all times.

Features:

- Quickly scan tickets via QR code

- Check-in and check-out of guests with ticket history

- Offline mode: Scanning works even without an internet connection. Scans are automatically synchronized as soon as a connection is re-established

- Real-time detection of already scanned or invalid tickets

- Ticket statistics per event: How many guests have checked in, how many are still expected

- Scan history available for each ticket

Note: This app is intended for staff of event organizers using EventGig. An employee account, provided by the organizer, is required for registration. Registration within the app is not possible.
