Dynamic Leads is a business solution for efficiently contacting potential new customers (“leads”). In sales, it is important to quickly reach those interested in the product who have already left their contact details and to collect further information in accordance with data protection regulations if a contract is to be concluded. Dynamic Leads offers a lean and structured solution with clearly defined access rights. Leads can be imported centrally from the company or team's online marketing and individually assigned to a sales person responsible for the contact. Sales employees can also add self-acquired contacts and manage them via the application. The app enables a call, follow-up and note function as well as the ability to manage master data and lead status practically in one place. The data can be managed at the same time via the web portal. In addition to the employee/team management functions, there is also a “lead board” for clear task control according to the proven Kanban methodology.
