DOC 2026

The DOC – 38th International Congress of German Ophthalmic Surgery – is the leading professional event for ophthalmic surgery in Europe and will take place from June 18-20, 2026, in Nuremberg, Germany. Every year, experts from medicine, science, and industry meet to exchange information on current developments, new technologies, and established treatment methods.

The focus is on a compact scientific program with lectures, symposia, masterclass formats, consultations, practical wet and dry labs, and workshops. These combine theoretical knowledge with practical application and promote professional exchange. The program covers all major disciplines of ophthalmology and ophthalmic surgery:
