I ordered a meal for pickup, the restaurant said they've never heard of Discoeat, it was the most rude restaurant ever, they basically kicked us out and said that WE should contact Discoeat and tell them to discontinue showing their business and taking orders on its behalf! Now it's MY job to chase Discoeat customer service for my refund!

I really like the core idea of this app, offering a win-win situation both customers and restaurants. However most of the restaurants continue to be a buzz kill about this service. Either they don't know or care about DiscoEat. One time I've had placed a pickup order, when I arrived nothing was prepared and I had to convince the restaurant that they actually work with DiscoEat 🤦‍♂️ Company needs to invest serious amount of time to onboard restaurants.
