The form allows you to easily create the rental agreement. There are various predefined options available for many paragraphs, which enable legally secure individualization. The contract and print view is always visible when filling out and the result can be seen at all times. Important information and tips on the current legal situation are permanently available. The entire contract will be adapted to changes in the law and according to current case law.

The contract can be displayed for review at any time using the “Contract View” function. The processing status of the individual paragraphs and the entire contract can be seen using traffic light colors.

The signature can be done electronically or on paper.
The contract is created as a PDF and can be printed and sent via email.

The “smart-MVS” rental agreement and the “smart-WÜP” apartment handover protocol are implemented as an app and web app and are therefore suitable for use on smartphones, tablets and desktop devices. Both products are independently executable programs that together enable a complete digital tenant change.

- Apartment handover protocol with the “smart-WÜP”
The “smart-WÜP” app is used for simple and structured logging of move-in and move-out when handing over apartments. Predefined selection options such as rooms including equipment features, defects and instructions for rectifying them ensure quick admission. Key handover and meter readings are also part of this app. Relevant data is taken from the rental agreement.
