überaus

The überaus app helps you use key features of the überaus platform on your mobile phone or tablet. Further information about überaus can be found on the platform at überaus.de.

The app offers the following features:

- Contacts
Using the Contacts feature, you can send quick messages, as well as photos and documents stored in your file repositories and on your mobile device, to other members. If push notifications are enabled for login, the user will receive a notification of new messages even when the app is not open.

- Messages
You have access to your personal inbox on überaus, can read your messages, and write new messages to your contacts and group members.

- Files
The File Repositories module provides a file manager for all folders and files available to you in file repositories on überaus. You can navigate through the folder structure, access files, create new folders, and upload new files.

- Bulletin Board
You can access the bulletin board on your überaus dashboard, read all new posts from your group bulletin boards, and comment on them.

- Quick Links
You can create shortcuts in the app that take you directly to desired functions on überaus, e.g., directly to the forum of a specific group.

- Browser
Using the integrated browser, you can access the platform directly from the app in your device's default browser without having to log in with a username and password.

To access the überaus app, you need the same login credentials as for logging into the platform in your browser at überaus.de. These credentials can be saved (and of course, deleted) in the app. For security reasons, you can prevent the app from logging into a device at any time via the platform itself by deleting the app's entry in your dashboard at überaus.de under "Settings." This is useful, for example, if you have lost your phone or tablet or if it has been stolen.
