Terrible. Repair reports are ignored and then incorrectly marked as completed. Contact form messages are ignored. Just another facade for Deutsche Wohnen to ignore tenants and blame it on the tech it seems. In the last week it is not even possible to make repair reports or contact D.W. A broken junk app.

1) after loggin in I cannot go into tenant area , I never received any email to explain how to access tenant area as well 2) i cannot update my address in my profile it keeps saying check your internet connection 3) app is only available in German 4) I cannot access customer service from the app
