The BaseKOMP app enables the recording and evaluation of skills from various areas, such as digitalization or environmental protection, and offers answers to questions such as:

“What skills do you need exactly?”
"What knowledge do you already have and what are the further training needs - individually and in the entire organization?"

Based on your self-assessment, the app calculates:
• the individual strengths and weaknesses profile
• a benchmark profile compared to different groups
• the specific qualification requirements, depending on which tasks you want to take on in the future
