Habe Laptop bestellt. Rechnung und dpd-Bestätigung erhalten. Geld wurde vom Konto abgebucht. 2 Tage später erhielt ich eine E-Mail, dass ich den Laptop zurückgeschickt und eine Rückerstattung erhalten habe. Als ich dort anrufe, sagen sie, es sei ein falscher Preis. Laut DSGVO haben sie das Geld genommen und die Ware nach Vertragsabschluss nicht geliefert. Stattdessen lassen sie es so aussehen, als hätte ich den Laptop zurückgeschickt... Nicht einmal eine Entschuldigungsmail !!!
