Curafida is our e-health platform and app for your digital health support. With our expert-developed programs, you have the opportunity to easily and flexibly address your health on various levels. The app offers a variety of features, such as health data recording and learning courses. This allows you and your healthcare provider to improve and keep track of your health.

The planner, the heart of our app, regularly shows you which tasks and content are pending. You can tackle the tasks step by step at your own pace. Regularly dedicate a few minutes to your health and start your digital health journey with Curafida.

Record health data and vital signs
You can regularly record and submit your vital signs (e.g., heart rate, blood pressure, weight). A trend graph allows you to keep track of your values ​​and detect changes in your health status in a timely manner. Your healthcare provider regularly reviews your submitted health data and can contact you promptly if any abnormalities arise.

Keep a health diary and track your progress
Our app transforms your smartphone into your personal health diary. Using structured questionnaires, you record information about your health, such as symptoms and progress. You describe how you are doing, what's going well, and where difficulties arise. This gives your caregivers a holistic picture of you and allows them to best address you and your needs. You can also record and track your health journey. Through regular feedback, we also ensure that our content brings you joy and helps you progress.

Benefit from personalized support
If you have any questions or concerns, you can chat with your personal caregiver at your healthcare facility. Simply send them a message to get in touch. If you experience any health concerns, you and your caregiver can use the chat to communicate.

Personal communication with you is also important to us. For this purpose, we use video telephony. During the video call, you have the opportunity to ask your caregiver questions and discuss your current health situation. Your supervisor will be happy to tailor the content of your program to your individual self-assessment and progress.

Increase health literacy and knowledge
Our learning courses help you expand your health literacy with regard to your condition and incorporate valuable strategies for a healthy lifestyle into your everyday life. You will experience how to better assess and monitor your health status. All learning courses guide you interactively through various health topics. Short quizzes allow you to directly deepen and sustainably consolidate your newly learned knowledge.

The Curafida telemedicine platform and app is a certified Class I medical device according to Directive 93/42/EEC (MDD) and certified according to the ISO/IEC 27001:2017 standard.
