Weishaupt Spare Parts is the app exclusively for Weishaupt specialist partners, enabling them to quickly and reliably find the right spare parts for Weishaupt heat pumps, condensing boilers, storage tanks, and burners. By entering or scanning the serial number, you gain immediate access to the corresponding electronic spare parts catalog – including a clear visualization of all assemblies and spare parts.

Use of the app is exclusively available to Weishaupt partner portal users. Unregistered individuals will not have access. HVAC professionals can request access through their local Weishaupt branch.

Features of the Weishaupt Spare Parts app:

- Assembly groups are clearly labeled and facilitate navigation.

- Spare parts can be viewed in detail (including the gross price).

- Spare parts can be added directly to the shopping cart.

- Completed shopping carts can be restored.

- Direct ordering option (for authorized shop users): Users with shop authorization can place an order directly from the shopping cart. After entering a project name, the order is transmitted to Weishaupt, including automatic order confirmation via email.

- Sharing spare parts lists (for partner portal users): Partner portal users without the ordering function can share their shopping cart via other apps (e.g., email, notes) – ideal for documentation or coordination with colleagues.
