Our system solution sl is designed to distribute documents and information managed. The users are companies or other user groups that use tablet computers as work equipment. Thus, any documents may be managed to all, or selected users or certain groups of users. Should the user be subject to regulatory guidelines, data transmission to each user, transmission, reading and understanding may be required.

This applies to the transmission of documents as well as to the exchange of messages, which was also integrated into the system solution sl.
It is important that all documents must be available offline as not all workspaces have a secure data connection.

The setting and the dispatch of documents takes place via a central cloud-based backup system. An existing user administration can be used to specify which user has which rights (both for the mobile app on the tablet and in the back office).
