2024-04-21	An*****	The definition of conflict of interest. The app makes money by selling you insurances you don't need. It's obvious they do not have contracts with every provider and cannot be trusted. Essentially, the app is one big advertisement. The only useful feature is to have your insurances in the cloud and seeing when you can unsubscribe from them, but to be honest, this can be replaced by having a Google drive with your contracts. And for the "advise", just ask ChatGPT, it will be more neutral.

2023-04-05	Ha*****	The advisor is nice and friendly when signing the contracts, but then you’re left alone with whatever horrible customer service line the insurances offer. Please beware of the choices they give you. These are not the best for you, but the ones that pay the best commission to Clark. Your advisor is personal friends with them, and in the end, is there to protect their interest above yours. This is not a digital service. Nothing is managed by app, but via phone calls to advisor.

2022-04-18	Al*****	The Nightmare for every privacy dude in this world - Collect a lot of data - Share the data to so fckng many partners… - no explanation of how to delete the account (not even in the Privacy policy or in the not existing support forum) and no easy "delete your account" button. Clark use every method to keep your data and you. Even Amazon or Facebook are better in this point.

2021-12-03	Ni*****	Good idea - mediocre execution It takes weeks to add insurances, which is probably the insurance companies fault in the background but when I want to compare a new insurance and it takes days for a result that's just not acceptable or helpful. Way better off comparing on CHECK24 or talking directly to an insurance

2021-11-29	Em*****	It seems like you haven't done a lot of user research on adoptio rates... I will certainly not leave my signature to any app that I haven't yet seen nor convinced myself of its benefit. Please don't ask a user in the very first step to leave sensitive data like this :(

For example, I have ordered an insurance via the app. I wanted to ask regarding the status of the insurance and how long people usually have to wait. But all the stuff related to acquiring or terminating the insurance is better to be done via the insurance company.
