Gerade installiert. Gut um Filme rauszusuchen, aber das runterladen der Tickets um sie bequem in der App runterzuladen funktioniert nicht. Gutscheine können nicht eingelöst werden. 1,25 Euro Online-Vorverkaufsgebühr werden auf den Ticketpreis draufgeschlagen, das sieht man aber erst im Einkaufskorb. Vorher wird bei der Platzwahl noch mit einem anderen Preis geworben.

The whole digital experience with cinestar is terrible, the password reset emails take forever to send and it's just scummy having booking fees for online tickets
