Features & Capabilities

The Patient App from BIOTRONIK SE & Co. KG supports patients with a BIOTRONIK cardiac device. The app enables quick symptom documentation, automatic sharing of symptoms with your physician (subject to internet access and Home Monitoring settings), and viewing the time of the last data transfer from your device to the BIOTRONIK Home Monitoring system. You can access your digital patient ID card, and check battery and device status, as well as mean heart rate data from your implanted device. The app supports a wide range of BIOTRONIK implants and aims to help patients stay engaged with their therapy.

Full functionality depends on the implanted device communicating with the BIOTRONIK Home Monitoring system. This app is not a replacement for emergency care; please call your local emergency number in an emergency. An internet connection via mobile network or Wi‑Fi is required. Can't get past registration. I've had my device for almost 2 months.

Took a while to get through the registration process and after I finally got there, discovered that the App is essentially useless. It does show your device details and the battery state but beyond that doesn't do much in terms graphs, estimated battery life remaining, heart rate, etc,etc. Disappointing experience.
