After graduation, it's easy to lose touch. Coniuncti gives you your own private space to stay in contact: with updated profiles, shared photos, events, and a place for your memories.

ONE APP, MULTIPLE GROUPS
One account is all you need. Whether it's your elementary school class, your graduating class, or your club – you can switch between your groups with a single tap. Each group is a private space: only members can see the content.

EASY JOINING
Create a group and invite others via QR code or link – everyone else joins with a tap. No public network, no strangers.

PROFILES YOU DETERMINE
Maintain your profile for each group: name, contact information, occupation, and a "Then & Now" photo. You decide who can see each piece of information – only you, the admins, or the entire group.


SHARED MEMORIES
Upload photos and old scans to the gallery, sorted by date and with your own keywords. This way, you can find that old class photo just as quickly as the pictures from your last reunion.
