"Health is not to be understood as the silence of the organs" (Hans-Georg Gadamer). In contrast to illness, health is defined as physical, psychological and social well-being and enables us to lead an efficient and fulfilling life.
However, if internal and external conflicts are ignored or insufficiently resolved in the long term, or if the pressure in the workplace is permanently too high, then the foundation for illness has been laid. First, there are psychosomatic symptoms such as fatigue and sleep disorders, later serious illnesses such as depression, burnout syndrome, cardiovascular diseases or back problems and migraines, to name just a few.
